Simplify Solutions (Simplify) grants you the right to access and use eAlpaca with the particular user roles available to you.
You must ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access eAlpaca are kept secure and confidential. You must immediately notify Simplify of any unauthorised use of your eAlpaca passwords or any other breach of eAlpaca security and you must take all other actions that Simplify reasonably deems necessary to maintain or enhance the security of Simplify's computing systems and networks and your access to the Services.
As a condition of these Terms, when accessing and using the Services, you must:
not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of Simplify's computing systems or networks or, where eAlpaca is hosted by a third party, that third party's computing systems and networks;
not use, or misuse, eAlpaca in any way which may impair the functionality of eAlpaca, or other systems used to deliver eAlpaca or impair the ability of any other user to use eAlpaca;
not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any materials other than those to which you have been given express permission to access or to the computer system on which the Services are hosted;
not transmit, or input into eAlpaca, any files that may damage any other person's computing devices or software, content that may be offensive, or material or Data in violation of any law (including Data or other material protected by copyright or trade secrets which you do not have the right to use);
not attempt to modify, copy, adapt, reproduce, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any computer programs used to deliver or operate eAlpaca except as is strictly necessary to use either of them for normal operation; and
Where Simplify believes a violation of these terms has occurred, you agree to communicate with Simplify to enable you to act as necessary to restore the integrity of the eAlpaca service.
Online transactions and payments
Payment policies regarding products and services provided by member associations are governed by those associations;
Products and services provided by Simplify Solutions (including the sales listing service) are governed by these terms;
Purchase and delivery of Simplify Solutions services is immediate, no returns or refunds are available;
Simplify Solutions transactions will be processed as Simplify Solutions;
